• Starting point: Move To Cure – Jan Van Rijswijcklaan 162, Antwerp
• Warm-up at 11h15 led by a Move To Cure physiotherapist
• 11h30: 8 KM guided social run at a 6:30 min/km pace
• 12u20: post-run drinks and DJ-set!
• Tickets: 18€
